Delete the problematic startup applications and keep your PC clean to dodge this problem. Installing heavy and needless programs in your computer can also make your PC slower than usual. Deleting programs you do not require is the only way to solve this problem. The windows operating system uses the registry for storing references. When there are too many faulty references the window starts slow and becomes dysfunctional.
